Portioned bags are great!
I love that this sauce, which spoils relatively quickly after opening, has individually wrapped packets. I find that 1 packet is good for 3/4lb-1lb of meat. I have used this to make twice-cooked pork and pork shreds with Peking sauce and they always come out amazing.
