Shipping Time

• Most orders arrive at 48 contiguous state addresses within 3 days once shipped. If shipped via UPS, plese check the time chart at the end of this page
• Most orders are processed within two to three business days. We have new inventory coming almost everyday. If there is an item out of stock, we may hold your order processing for a few days for new inventory.
• In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for both shipping and billing. Otherwise, your order could be delayed for further verification, especially for order with credit card payment of which shipping address is not on file with credit card company.
• For any cancellations or refusal to accept delivery once the order has been processed or in transit, we reserve the right to abandon the shipment and will not be responsible for any refund.
• For international orders, please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected by your country before you place order. We will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees. We will NOT be responsible for customs clearness processing of your destination country.

Shipping and Handling Charges

All shipping and handling charges for US addresses will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method at checkout page. If the shipping charge does not appear and your order is not of free shipping, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order.

For shipping addresses out of the 48 contiguous states, the shipping cost with "Free Shipping" could show $0.00. We may adjust the shipping cost manually if the actual shipping cost is out of our tolerance. We will ask for your confirmation whether you accept the adjustment or not.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute on any order, you fully agree to be responsible for full round trip shipping costs including any storage fees and a 20% restocking fee for any cancellations or refusal to accept delivery once the order has been processed or in transit.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders via USPS, UPS, DHL or FEDEX, depending upon your shipping address, order details and the performance of carriers.

We may not require signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without signature is on the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you want a package left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

If your shipping address has package lost before, please put a note in order comment at checkout to let us set "Signature Required" for delivery.

We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne, or other carriers) for any order except for wholesale customers.

Free shipping is available only for items shipped within the 48 contiguous states. For shipping addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, all off-shore U.S. territories, and Canada, we will give $10 - $20 discount for "free shipping".

Certain items are not eligible for free shipping, including oversize or overweight items or items requiring special handlings

Orders to Canada

At present, we cannot ship some orders to Canadian addresses. Customers with a Canadian billing address can order items to be delivered to a U.S. address, such as a UPS center at the NY border, otherwise, shipment wil be performed as international order, that is, we will send you shipping cost quote after receiving your order and dispatch your order only after your acceptance is confirmed.

International Shipping

Our online shopping cart does not support international shipping checkout. You have to call us or email us via our contact form. International orders are processed with the following procedure:

1. You email us your order details, including product name, quantity and shipping destination
2. We quote the actual shipping cost 
3. If you accept the shipping cost, a Paypal invoice will email to you
4. You make the payment through Paypal
5. We ship the products and notify you the tracking number if available

The above shipping estimates are for non-trackable mailing for small-value packages, that is, has no tracking number.

Express Shipping to China

• All orders to China are shipped through our China Express service or DHL
• We also offer pure China Express service for your own packages
• If you want to ship products which are not on our website, such as selling by Macy's, Costco, etc, no matter of small retail orders, or large wholesale orders, we can purcahse on your behalf and ship to you via our China Express service
