Freeze-drying has been clinically proven as an effective method of capturing and preserving the naturally occurring compounds that are present in the stinging hairs of Nettle. We carefully gather the tender young shoots of the Nettle in the early spring and promptly freeze-dried them to preserve the full spectrum of chemical activity within the herb.
Studies have shown that Nettle absorbs undesirable heavy metals from the soil. Therefore, for safety, we harvest only organic Nettles from an approved site at a higher elevation, rather than wild-crafting our plants near roads and public waterways.
As an herbal supplement, take two capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. A dose of four capsules may be required for best results. If you have never taken Nettles and are prone to allergies, it is recommended to take one capsule and wait 24 hours before using the suggested dose. Do not exceed recommended dose.
